My Alarm is being triggered after being sat for an hour or two,the alarm sounds for about 10 seconds then goes silent, when I return and turn on the ignition I'm given a 'ALARM TRIGGERED,R/H FRONT DOOR' message,I'm aware it's my drivers door but not sure where the micro switch is or why it's doing it,I suspect it's when I close the tail gate and the air pressure forces the door outwards, any ideas?thanks.

Had similar problem. My r/f receiver was picking up rogue signals, waking up the becm, occasionaly setting of the alarm, but usually relocking the doors which resulted in a flat battery and eventually burning out the front door motors. They were never designed to run every 10-20 seconds all night.Try disconnecting the blue(aeriel) wire on the r/f and see if it still happens. You will have to stand close to the o/s rear window for your remote to work. You can disconnect the r/f compleatly and use the key for access. If this works, change the r/f receive for the latest model (not off fleabay).Island 4x4 have a good price i believe.hope this helps.regards

Sounds like the door lock, fix it before you have bigger problems:eek: Either that or the loom where it flexes between the door and the A post has a broken wire.
