P38 - 4.6 V8 - Cuts out when warm

as the title suggest really, when she gets to temp and is there for a while she will cut out and then not start again, until she cools slightly then fires up.

i had the oppotunity to actually watch it happen.

i got her up to temp and was holding the revs at 1750rpm then the rev counter flicked to 0

she then flicked back to 1750rpm before doing the same again and cutting out, then i couldnt get het to start til she had cooled again

so im guessing this is a electrical sensor (and i say guess)

any ideas??

could be the temp sensors on the plenum, check connections are ok. it prolly cant work out if its hot or cold and getting mixed signals from lambdas. thats also a guess!!!

i think ill give them a change then for the sake of a few quid, lamda's are brand new
