no i didnt, i thought about it but the car only had this starting fault so found the obvious and repaired it , the rest looked like new but i do appreciate there could be dry joints between the boards,
but i made the decision not to disturb and only go down this road if i have to
i see your write of of your repair and looks a sensible option of cutting the pins with a very small snips which would be the best option of resoldering them back together rather than risk disturbing the track
