Low battery gives stupid messages but sounds as if it is out of sync i had the same basically the engine is immobilised. Nearly gave an AA man afit he was here 2 hours but my black box contact ( now my best mate) came to the rescue. 2 min job.
Have you disconnected your RF receiver on the central locking ?? that will prevent battery run down and engine immobilser problems from random signals such as electric garage door openers etc etc.
Don't you just love'em my latest is a rattle when I decelerate think it is exhaust possible catalytic converter breakdown and have you seen the price of Them!!!!
