over-fuelling

Hi, my 2004 td 5 has started missing and over-fuelling. I am getting diesel in the oil and out of the exhaust.
I am fitting the usual injector loom tonight, as it has arrived today, but failing that, wondered if anyone had any experience of this?
i'm thinking maybe faulty injector, sealing washer crack in head etc but my mind is wandering a little?
any help will be greatly appreciated.

P.S. mileage is 130,000 with FSH.

diesel in the engine oil is a very bad sign, it'll dilute the oil, and if it gets bad, you'll end up with a screwed engine.

Could be injector washers, or a cracked head.

Hi, turned out to be a split o-ring on No 3 injector,

no took it to a local specialist @£45 per hour
