OUCH! that hurt

Well, had the black beauty a week now, enjoying every minute of it until wednesday evening at 4pm. traveling down the A5 from Brownhills and get a message, alternator fault. i thought, thats strange, then i went to change lanes and no PS! OH ****! I thought. got over the island, stopped on the grass verge, popped the bonnet and string everywhere! yep, serp belt busted.

took a closer look and the idler pulley under the adjuster was well and truly fooked.

the nice man from the AA got me home and it was repaired this morning.

not that bad really. had that pulley, the 1 the other side under the ps pump, the adjuster and pulley, the belt for just over £120.

took 35 minutes to fit it, and even managed to do it without removing the fan lol
