I'm soon going to be changing the cylinder head on my 10P TD5. I expect this is going to be the most involved thing I've ever done, I've never really touched engines before other than changing a throttle body and spark plugs, but I'm expecting it will be a good opportunity to get some other jobs done. In addition to the cylinder head I'm planning on replacing the injector harness, exhaust manifold (old one had popped the studs), and the power steering pump (steering seems heavier than it should be).
I'll be near Paddock next week so it's a good chance to grab anything else. Is there anything else that's worth doing while I have half the engine out? It's over 200,000 miles now.
