Has anybody bought aftermarket Heated O2 Sensors, and had no problems??? I dont want to spend £200 hard earned on LR ones?? But i heard aftermarket ones dont do the job very well?? Any advice welcome.....

Simples,just find a local car parts shop that stocks NGK plugs - they will be able to supply the NTK oxy sensors that are part of the same company.Much cheaper,were the original supplier to LR and have the right plugs etc.
If you wait till tomorrow I can even give you the correct part #/stock #

nice one.. Yup can wait.. I have seen some aftermartet on Fleabay for around 60 quid.. And a LR parts place aftermarket for 70 quid..but i read that they are not as efficient as orignal LR parts?? And will run lean/ rich?? I will AWT your feedback, cheers.. P

Sorry for the delay, here we go;
1995-97 Black connector plug - OTD3J-5A3, Stock # 0024
1997- end of 98 Grey plug - OTD3J-5C1, Stock # 0475
These are NGK/NTK numbers.
For Lucas you can use #SEB395 - early cars, SEB396 for the later ones.

The only problem I have come across is that some aftermarket sensors dont quite extend into the exhaust stream as far as they should, which can lead to dodgy reading down the line.
