Oil Splatters

Ive notice oil splatters on my rear wheels, is this leaking from the hub and if so how do i fix it?

could be a leaking hub seal or just the plastic cap.
if hub seal follow Busters method.
mine ****ed oil out but was only a split cap.

check breather,depends on age and type of axle if when drive member removed you can see outer seal frc8222 you will need to check seal and brgs as this seal keeps oil from wheel brgs and inner hud seal ftc4785 isnt oil proof only grease, if you havent this seal and inner hub seal has garter spring this seal needs replacing rtc3511 as wheel brgs are supposed to run in oil,
