Hi, iv got diff oil leaking on to the inside of my rear tyre, can anyone advise on what seal has failed? Is there 2 hub seals on the rear axle?

if yours is 2004 model ,hub seal is a grease seal ,oil entering hub is from the seal in stub axle leaking ,can be poor seal or wheel bearing over filling or blocked breather can also cause issue

Should of stated the truck sorry, its a 1985 defender but i believe it has later axles on it off a 300tdi disco

300tdi is same as later ,originally wheel bearings ran with oil and hub seal was oil seal then they fitted 2 hub seals on to keep oil out of bearings (outer one )inner became grease seal ,then they fitted oil seal in stub axle when 300 tdi came out , middle 2 seal idea was better as this allowed oil to lube drive member and half shaft splines ,later doesnt and wear there is often an issue
