Oil drip

I have noticed a drop of oil under the front driver side wheel for a few weeks now and its geting worse. Today the hub (I think thats what its called) was dry the other side is greased up as always. its on the inside of the wheel an I can see the oil stains all over the inisde of the tyre. What seal do you think has gone and is it difficult to fix?

It look like Ill have to replace the front pads as well if he oil has got on them. They have maybe 2500-3000 on them and were more expensive than the discs. I hope not
