Oil around transfer box

I have oil around handbrake drum behind transfer box. Recently changed the oill seal and felt pad thing in there. Didn't seem to be any signs of oil actually coming from drum??
Could it be travelling down from gear box?
There is oil dripping off hand brake drum, on chassis next to it and above it on underside of floor.

Oil will work its way back from source due to being driven...thats why you dont find a lot on the bumper...try and trace it back.
