oil and brake fluid

Any ideas guys on oil to use for 2.5 petrol 1986 90 done 70k miles and after 11 months just above minimum so it doesnt lose much

also brake fluid dot 4 or 5

tried google but didnt help much

15w/40 ,dot 4 for brakes / clutch,ep90 or 80w90 for axles and transfer box dexron 2or3 for gear box and power steering if fitted,one shot grease can be used in swivel housings (stc3435)change axle and transmission oils regular as well as engine

Well last year was LRO mag forums meet

I think Mr M is organising one but not connected to LRO thsi year same sort of time
