Just waving my own flag here that despite various lumpy running and starter problems over the last months that my Series III held up last weekend above and beyond expectations. I did not have to go for the tool box once, no overheating .. nothing.

I took part in the first round of this years Swiss national offroad navigation championship with my 16 year old Son Gwydion as navigator.
Team Red Dragon
We were 3 minutes over time and missed 2 of the 54 waypoints points.
In the time trials we came 4th and in the overal ranking 7th.

It was an awesome day, a real father and son bonding experience and we are looking forward to the next round in August.
Thanks to all of you here on the forum for the helpful advice and support, it's nice to know that there a whole bunch of guys on the same wavelength.

Please feel free to make any comments or ask any questions about my Landy.

Your landy looks really good but what are those two sticky up things on the fron of the roof.

It's an ex fire tender, that is where the blue lights were - there is a socket underneath the rubber cap, you just screw the beacon on ... but it's not allowed .. i could put yellow ones on though ...
