Odometer LCD stays on?

I have just replaced all my bulbs with LEDs on my d2 td5 however I have noticed that the milage LCD in the dash is staying illuminated even when locked doesn't show milage just glows? Any ideas?

I have also now noticed I have 4 warning lights on the dash.

MIL
Water in fuel
Auto level suspension
Glow plug light stays on permanently?

Very frustrating the car starts and runs fine and only come on since I had the dash clocks out to fit LEDs and the hasn't moved in the mean time.

I have also tried it with the original bulbs on and all the switches around the binnacle unplugged?
