With so many seemingly unconnected issues I would say either an earth issue or water getting into BCM or a connector somewhere under dash.

D1 which is the subject here doesnt have BCM

Doesn't have a BCM ? Then there's your problem

Still possible water ingress ? Not this bad but I'm having minor electrical issues m'self on D2. Water has been making mess of connectors in footwell.

Fixed mine with a new relay. Heater switch behaving now too
