Odd brake issue - p38

Hi all

Whent I fire my 97 p38 up, the abs and tc (and sometimes the handbrake too) lights stay on untill the car is driven a few yards. The braking seems odd during this period either it feels like brakes are locked on a bit OR that there is no pressure in the servo. BUT by the time I'm at the end of my road, all is ok. I have braked hard, and the abs works ok, and even took a flooded roundabout a bit lively the other day, so know the TC kicks in too.

Is this normal, or a symtom of (yet ANOTHER) expensive problem?

normal lights dont go off till you reach 7 mph..

The abs light is normal goes off after 5 mph i think dunno bout the others
