OBD2 Kiwi MPG

1. Do I have an OBD2 Port and where is it? (as opposed to an OBD1)
2. Will the 'PLX Kiwi MPG' gadget be compatible and give me the readout of my abysmal MPG? http://www.plxkiwi.com/kiwimpg/index.html

I've trawled this and different forums and can't find anything for this product working on any Landy. I hope I haven’t repeated myself and thanks for any help you can pass on.
