i got a nudge bar from duckworths whilst at stoneleigh show and i think i paid £55 (for my 2005 td4).
there is 2 which look the same , 1 is black and matches bumper and wheel arches
the other is a primer type colour.
duckworths have the black for sale ( at stoneleigh they had approx 12 for sale) i think they will be at peterborough lro show next weekend

Don't pay too much for the nudge bars - a place that deals in liquidated stock had 500 to shift recently - numbers are VUB501330 (grey) and VUB503760 (black).
The grey one matches the undershield but if you have a black motor the black one will probably look better.
Make sure you like them though as they need a lot of cutting and you will need new bumpers if you decide you don't want to keep them.
I paid about £30 delivered via ebay last month so look to pay no more than £25 if collecting.
