Bought some supposed 16" P38 wheels for the Rangie, had the new tyres fitted and the blasted wheels don't fit. The wheelnut spacings are right but the wheel won't fit over the flange on the disk, the wheel seems to be a mil or two too tight. Opening a bottle to sulk

Wonder what they're from then?? I thought everything else with that PCD had larger centre bores, hence the need for spigot rings when fitting to P38?? It's not just dirt/rust is it??

i preferred the ones coming off

So do I but I need a set of tyres for off roading and around the farms I work on, picked up the16" rims with nuts for £50, brand new Grabber AT2's for £80 each. I was thinking of keeping the others but the ride and handling is much better now so I might sell them.

But you can get General Grabber AT2s for the original wheels - that's what I've got on mine...
