North offroad !!!!

hello all little moan up !!!!

I ordered a trayback for my defender they said 2 to 3 weeks I thought exelent so 4 weeks go by still no trayback so I phone up and they say tube late coming in will be another week so I thought ok week six they say they've been busy It should be posted this Friday I thought ok week 8 still not turnt up im getting the hump a little now they said they got way behind it will be posted at the end of the week again week 9 nothing phone later in the week no answer eventully get hold of them they say they posted on the Friday should of turned up the Monday I phoned 5 or 6 times that week didn't get through today phoned 6 times guy from the workshop answers he was more helpful than the manger there he was saying shes not there il try and get her to call me at 5.30 she phones and says it should be with me tomorrow iv never come across company with such bad customer service today was the first time she had phoned to tell me what the score was

anyone else had any trouble with them ???

Having purchased North Offroad in July 2013, from its founder Shaun Steel, we (Malcolm and Christine) are slowly but surely bringing the brand back into the public eye and into the market place.
The company has an excellent set of customers, many of whom are repeat customers and because of this we are confident that the business will continue to grow and develop.

The products themselves are good hence why I purchased from them but they really need to work on there customer service as it's terrible if they had of said 10 weeks in the first place I wouldn't of argued it but 2-3 weeks and takes 10 weeks with no phone calls from them that's not on I had to do all the chaseing regarding the phone calls its a shame but it has put me off

send a letter to Malc & Christine telling them how you feel. Give poitive feedback - every company wants feedback if they are any good and more so if they arent.
