non starter help needed

hi ive got disco 1 3.9 v8 1998, which refuses to start ,
it was running ok ish but now it turns over but no spark , I checked the voltage on the coil and its dead no power at all , been looking on google and found out about the dredded spider system behind dash and bypass it so took the panel off to have a look and its already been bypassed, I have also replaced batt in fob and took batt of car for a few days , still no good the fuel pump is priming but no spark ,the central locking is working ok, but noticed the red light on dash flashes fast when locking it and I never noticed it before , has anyone got any ideas pls ,

If you engine was immobilised the the pump wouldn't run or the engine crank on the starter.

Perhaps you ignition amplifier which is mounted on the alloy plate next the coil is faulty, fault finding of the coil circuits (voltage) is detailed in RAVE.

The Led does flash fast the it slows down after 7-10 seconds or something near that..

thanks for info , im running a power spark dizy and coil so the amp has long gone as with the points lol , so it cant be any thing to do with the alarm then, been running fine till other day now im just stumpped
