Hello all,
Apart from buying a new one, is there anyway of stopping excessive noise on a fan belt. It is continuous, not just on start up and its not really on squeal like slipping.it none of the pulleys, they are fine
so far i've told to spray wd40 on it. this lasts about 5 mins then back again as before.
use talc on the belt. No i havn't tried this yet. should make the engine smell nice i spect.
and i've been told that there may be rust on the pulleys, but i cant see that this is the case
Any ideas (sensible ones)
