Noise from throttle body area

Hi,
I have a noise coming from the throttle body area like hi pitched noise,
It goes away when engine is switched off??

I assume it's a Freelander 2?
The noise is probably down to throttle plate being stuck up with black goop.

Yes freelander 2,
Can this just be cleaned or is it a new throttle body?

Clean it first. If this doesn't help, then a replacement will be needed.

It doesn't do it all the time, seems to get louder on cold mornings ??
