no power to sunroof switch or windows

All,
I have a 93 county range rover and yesterday i shut it off while rolling up the windows and then opened the door and realized i left the sunroof open. SO i put the key back in and went to close the the sunroof and it would not work, neither would my windows at that point. My sunroof switch is not on my center console with the rest of the windows. Its located by the sunroof up top. I checked my fuzes which are good, pulled the window ECM in the center console apart and everything looks good on it and it is still getting power. To summarize:

No power to the sun roof switch
Fuses next to the heater control are good
window ecm is getting power
i have 4 little relays in the center console 3 yellow and 1 green which i have no idea what they are for but i swapped them around and still nothing.
Is there another relay i am missing? Or another fuse between the fuse box and the switch by the sunroof?
any help would be appreciated.

Think there is another relay up near the switch behind the light (well there was on my 89 classic when I changed the roof panel for one with sun roof in it) have a look up there.
