Why does everybody these days want everything yesterday ?
Having said that they shouldn't say 1-2 days dispatch, but if they don't, you'll go some where else.

Softly was the original mind set but I wanted the device asap and their website says 1-2 days but in this case it was not.

Should of ordered from RoverRons, my fault.

Yep I agree, as I've said I should of ordered from Rons place, would of had it now.

Dont like Pro-Bits business attitude towards new customers and they should not bring into the order delay staff issues, thats not the customers fault.

Anyway, stay away.

did yu order it online, or by phone?
did yu state that delivery time was a critical part of the contract?

it sounds to me like he might have a problem or two, but snotty customers dont help
Are you perfect?

Perfect yes, expecting a lot no.

The site states 1-2 days order process and delivery next day, this was not the case.

So refunded after not called for email comments so I responded to such emails.

No way to do business M8 thats all Im saying.

Oooooooh i love customers like you, when you run your own buisness things can and do go wrong sometimes things that can't be forseen or sorted out quickly. When you rely on suppliers, as a buisness you can't advertise that it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery when 99% of the time it will be delivered within 2 days.

Perhaps if you realy did need this item in 2 days you could have called him to confirm it would definatly be with you in that time or ordered it earlier to avoid disapointment.

You don't know exactly what the problem he has is it could have been as simple as a courier problem or he may have got to work to find a key member of staff died during the night and his whole buisness has been turned upside down and vigarously shaken and he doesn't know which way is up at the moment.

Im sure he doesn't need someone posting on a public forum not to use his company cos of this and that, especialy after you thanked him for the refund (which i assume was done quickly) and wished him all the best??

Points taken, 1st post removed.

End of this matter as far as Im concerned.
How about ending it on a nicer note to the bloke who you were dealing with, just a quick email and a small appoligy for jumping off the deep end a little and possibly tell him you will try his buisness again in the future as you appreciate this may have just been a small hic up in an otherwise reliable company, only a suggestion.

Hmmm that all sounds like im trying to protect my own buisness doesn't it i assure im not, but i do run my own busness however and **** can happen very quickly.

Remember not ta get ya gaylander wet cos the doors will fall orf  :D sorry couldn't resist :D, all the best.
