No drive to rear D1

Hey wondering if anyone can help. I have 300tdi 1994 Manuel and after taking her to devils today I now only have drive to front wheels and only when diff locks are on.

Befor I just start taking things apart not knowing what to look for and where. Has anyone have any idea what it could be

rear half shaft ,drive member or diff

As JM says, drive shaft or differential, 300Tdi is the same as the 200 and has one piece drive shaft and drive members.

Easiest way to check will be to pull both drive shafts, easier if you have steel wheels as the drive shaft is visible through the wheel centre, if you got alloys (Land Rover ones that cover the drive members) then you have to pop the road wheels off, takes minutes and worth doing anyways to clean the crud out from the rear discs and any silt and mud stuck inside the wheel rims then you need a 17mm socket to undo the 5 drive shaft securing bolts and they should slide out easily but be sure to watch what you are doing as the ned of the shaft enters the stub axle or it will destroy the stub axle oil seal.
