Hi everyone, any help would be gratefully received.
I have a 52 plate Range Rover L322 V8 , the problem started when towing. There are no dash lights to control the suspension, I have an air suspension inactive message. I have checked the glove box fuses and all are good, power the compressor relay at the rear off side is fluctuating and when manually shorting the relay the compressor comes on fine and makes the pressure relief valve activate ( recent compressor )
I borrowed a friends RSW All Comms which only came back with an error whilst trying to communicate.
I put it in the local garage and his Snap On scanner would not read
Oh and DSC light wont come on.....and the fan has stopped

I am in March Cambridgeshire if anyone wants a job ;-))

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance

Try disconnecting the battery for 15 mins then try diagnostics once you have reconnected it

Otherwise it sounds like you could have a dreaded canbus fault, which are a nightmare to locate and fix !

As above....

I am currently experiencing a Diagnostic system fault on my L322....I can only currently narrow it down to either the LCM or the Instrument Pack....as all the diagnostic buses go through these two devices (bar the OBDII Emission diagnostics which is wholey separate)

Disconnect battery, remembering to wait for the Sat Nav unit to sleep first, then wait and reconnect...turn steering from lock to lock and back to centre to reset the Steering Angle Sensor and see what happens....

As you have no DSC light it could be the ABS module....these suffer from overheating due to their location in the engine bay...is another place to look....first thing is to get diagnostics back up and running...without this you will be chasing your tail!

Bit of an update, removed the hedgehog and it appears to be a bad connection which rules this out.
The good news which may help others.....
RSW , just out of frustration I sat there clicking open-read faults-clear faults-close on all modules over and over even though an error was shown....up and down for about 10 minutes, and what do you know it all started coming back to life.
