Evening all :)

I have just had a butchers in my garage to see what oil I have in stock. Seems I have 5L of 10W40, so I'll be changing the freelander's oil as soon as I get my hands on a new oil filter.

I was given some 'STP engine treatment with XE2' a few years ago. never got round to putting it in my 220, so do you reckon its worth using in the freelander. Its says on the tin that its good for 25K.

What are your thoughts - should I use or just keep to plain oil and do regular changes.

To those that replied to my other thread: Thanks. Haynes advise to change the oil at 6K intervals - maybe i should have read my manual first!!

Regards,

Steve
