hi all
found your site a few weeks ago and finally got round to joining!
thought i may need some advice at some time in the not too distant future due to owning a freelander-well someones got too!!!
anyway, its a 98 5door 2.0 xedi with one or two problems but thats only to be expected. i'll post my queries/questions later in the relevant areas! thanx in advance for all your help and wise remarks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just thought i'd add a bit more info about freelander. had her for bout a year now and shes fab. 98 r reg, 105k and still goin strong. runs fantastically on a derv/veg oil mix-not sure what ratio but bout 50-75%ish wiv no power loss and slight gain in economy and runs quieter too. problems include tailgate and passenger window, fan control, sunroof not working, aircon not that cold and vcu problem-only got fwd at mo!
best vehicle i've ever owned and great to drive.
she's a bit tempermental, but aren't we all!!!!
