Hi, I'm a newbie on here so thought I'd say hello and hope that somebody can help me. I'm not new to Landies having previously owned 2 x 300 tdi's, 1 x td5 and a D3 and I've done a few comps and hill rallies but my wife currently runs a 2004 td4 Freelander which is playing up and I'm baffled 
. When it's ticking over and under 1500 rpm it's "missing" and very lumpy but as soon as you get over 1500 rpm it seems to be as sweet as a nut . I've had it on the diagnostics and it's thrown up a code of P1613, can anybody please advise me as I don't really want to be chasing a fault that isn't there, I want to go straight to the source. It isn't using water or oil, although when cold it does kick out a fair bit of blue for the first few seconds, and it's not running hot so I've kinda ruled out head / head gasket. Any and all knowledge on the fault would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
