Newbie RR 2 door owner

Greetings from Malmesbury.

I seem to have acquired a 1971 Suffix A two door RR Classic......hopefully you can see the picture

Last owner acquired it in 2004 and been in a barn since then. MOT expired in 1993

Extremely original - it's entirely unmolested having original (albeit cracked) PVC seat, bonnet mirrors, etc

Going to need a lot of work! I want to fix the structural issues, replace the suspension, brakes and get the engine running, make it water tight (new seals all round) and replace anything that cannot be saved.

Otherwise leave it as is (at least for the moment). I rather like the "patina"

I shall be asking lots of questions on best suppliers (ie replacement aluminium top tailgate). Your help and support would be gratefully received!

Wow - what a massive project: Good luck and please post up your progress. I remember my parents buying me a Rangie looking very similar to yours, but it was brand new around 1971/2 because I was only 5 and it was a Dinky diecast car
