Newbie Landy owner, almost !!!!

Hello all,
i'm looking at buying a 2004 TD5 discovery and after a few wise words of advice from yourselves.
It's got 184,000 miles on the clock.
Owner says it's had it's major service and anything that needed doing has been done.
Interior looks good and it's the face lift model.
Used as a family run about and not off roaded, criminal i'd guess some of you would say !!!!!
What should i be looking for please folks ????

Take a hammer and beat the carp outta the back chassis rails from the rear radius arm mounts back, the chassis rots out and the upper shock mounts tear off, the spring buckets collapse inside the rails, the tow bars rip off, etc, etc.
