Newbie Hello

Hi all, I've been a member for yonks but only just (finally) getting my Defender TD5. (crew cab)

I recall mention of a chap, maybe from Spain/Holland? who was a bit of an expert when it came to mapping the TD5 engines. I think he visits the UK regularly to map customer vehicles.
Would anyone know who this is ?
