Hi guys and Gals.
been in and out of here for years for advice and know how so finally decided to join!!
No brainer there!
Had a collection of Landies over the years so lets start at the top, My first Disco was a 4ltr automatic turned out to be a bit of a disaster returned it after a year in the courts.
Then there were three other Disco's in between and a brace of Pajero's and other 4x4's before coming back to Landies. At present my little monster is a Freelander 2.0ltr manual diesel. Was working quite well up until Mothers Day then as I drove out to give the wife a nice treat for the day the MAF went big time. So far work done it has been gearbox replaced, all the bushes trailing arms and some linkage underneath window winders and suspension top bearings, To date I've spent more on replacements than I spent on the car initially. But that's half the fun..isn't it?
