Welcome to the mad house
Won't be long until you find at least a few niggles, but everyone has been in the same boat at sometime :D
Would help if you put your location in your profile....you never know, there may be another forum member who is located close to you and this could prove useful in the future.

so after reading my way through the forum the jobs/mods list so far is:

new tyres
replace rear (inner) parking sensor,(yes I do know how to reverse/park)
BMW Modification crankcase filter
Egr Blanking Mod
along with the last two are there any others I should look at?

I have since removed the sticker off the spare wheels cover,
I gave the baby a look ever again today and I think I will not be doing the "Egr Blanking Mod" as it looks like its been done,(couldnt get a good photo of it). saves me the time and money so thank you the last owner. but will still take the plastic manifold off to see how clean it is and if needs cleaning and when I do/ see if the "BMW Modification crankcase filter" needs doing.
engine looks cleanish
