Well, the seats in there are a tad worn, and she says too uncomfortable.

Complains about (most things really) but also seat height & thigh support (what!).

So in the interests of harmony - give me a clue as what to buy.

I can see a set of expensive Exmoor's and fittings coming my way unless anyone has any better suggestions.

Otherwise I will try a wooden orange box.

Hi.
Google Duckworth Landrover and give them a ring, I got a set of half leather puma seats complete with runners for £500 inc delivery and they are so much nicer than most retrims..

If its just front seats how about Mazda RX8 seats, they seem pretty popular and i would imagine comfy and supportive

I recently fitted new base foam into my 90 seats and it's made quite a difference. Years of sliding in and out tends to break apart the side of the seat bases, and the whole thing crumbles with age. New foam makes the seat a lot more comfortable and of course keeps things standard. There are three holes for the rod at the front so you can adjust the angle somewhat. Something to think about before spending £££ on new seats. :)

if you have a look at thread about my 110 project theres a pic of the smart car seats i have installed.

leather, heated, adjustable for angle of the seatbase and back and forward and full height head support etc (and im 6'4) with no stupid bolsters to make it awkward getting in and out of.

total it cost me - £150

Paddocks sell complete new seat bases for £40 plus VAT.

Put 2 new ones in my 110, much comfier!
