new rim wobbles!!!!

i fitted new boost alloys on my 90 recently.
bfg a/t tyres 3-4 yrs old on to new rims.
cant get rid of the wobbling.
had them re balanced twice by two different firms.
are the tyres to blame?
i havnt done any xtreme off roading.
was told the rims may not sit on the hubs completely true but my old compomotive rims were fine!

does it have rear drum brakes?

fitted a disco 1 disk brake axle when galvi chassis fitted 4 yrs ago.

well first thing is to fit a different set of wheels and tyres if possible, to make sure something isnt wrong with the car. Thats if you can abviously.
what tyres are on the rims?

running gear is fine.
this problem only occured when i fitted new boost rims.
3-4 yr old bf goodrich all terrain tyres off previous rims.
new wheel nuts.

and the wheels nuts are the correct type yes? for the type of rim
