Did that in September last year.

Easy enough to do I couldnt undo the fan (Was very tight)

So I undid all round it and it was a squeeze to get it in but it went in !

But Good luck with it !! Deffo do a How to cos I didnt take any photos when I did it!

It took me a little while to work out how to take the clip off the hoses !lol

That is the only thing I am dubious of, is can I get the fan off!! looking at the nut, others have tried and looks a bit chewed...

Saint,
I'm in the same boat with the rad on my L322. Having done the job on my P38, the WSM was specific about making up the coolant with demineralised water. Do you know if the L322 is as fussy? Can't see anything in RAVE, but maybe I missed it?
Thanks

When I did mine I just flushed it through thoroughly put the OAT Coolant and filled it with normal water !
