Hi Guys
I have just posted an introduction thread in the introduction thread and thought I would post a more specific thread in the Disco Section. I was a member of the Nissan Primera Owners Club and regulary posted on the forums, they were a friendly and helpful bunch and hopefully its the same on here too.
The Disco is a R reg Diesel Argyll 5dr. I looks in good nick with just a few patches of white rust in places but generally on the whole it looks nice. Its just had it head gasket done and in the pass has had a new water pump, alternator and starting motor. The garage has offered my uncle £2800 cash value for it and he has offered it to me for £2500 which I think is really generous of him.
Apparently it has never wanted for anything but may need a new clutch in the near future, any idea how much guys!
I have been reading up alot about mods to improve economy as that is my only concern, I get between 24 - 39 mpg out of my Primera but with some tooling around as a payback. with it being a big truck I am looking do do a load of maintenance myself though.
