hi everyone, thank you for allowing me on your forum, I am a first time owner of a Range Rover vouge SE, always been my dream car, bought a 2007 one yesterday. I am a NHS Paramedic in Bristiol, living in Magor Spith Wales. Also have my own medical company supplying Paramedic motorbikes for specialist events, you can see me next on the BBC one show Rickshaw challenge in November.

Unfortunately reading the posts on here, I think I my dream machine may have a TC issue, couple of time it's juddered on gentle acceleration coming off a roundabout.

Will keep you updated
Thanks
Jason

Welcome to the loonyzone, Kris! :)
Sounds like an interesting line of work. I can understand that you are proud of your business, I have my own business too, but would suggest you don't post too many specifics about it, sometimes the forum owners and members can interpret that as spam! ;)
As regards your TC issue, try forum search, if no result, post about in the Rangie section. Sure one of their chauffeurs will have experienced this issue before! :D

Thank you for your reply Turboman, I never thought about the spam thing, apologise and noted. Feeling a little sad, just spoke to landrover dealer who thinks it's going to be a new gearbox... Not a happy start to my dream car.....

Didn't think it was intentional mate, just saying! :)
I would definitely take second opinions about that, and ring around different reconditioners and garages before you commit to the stealer doing the job.
Typical dealer- 'ooh it's broken, we'll just replace it'.
May just want the transmission fluid and filter renewing.
Would certainly be worth a try first, only cost about fifty quid plus time, and might keep it going for years.
