Hi, I'm new on here, I'm a farmer from Mid-Wales and currently run a R reg. P38 4.0 with LPG conversion as my farm truck. Also the wife has another R reg P38 4.6HSE which we use for best. Have previously owned a RR classic, LR90 2.5 diesel, series III and Series II Landrovers. I know it sounds a bit extravagant to be using a RR as a farm truck, but it was cheaper to buy than a Landy the same age.

Hi big man, welcome, used to work on a farm years ago, not a funny one though like this site, had a tractor wif a vangaurd engine in it would run on petrol until hot then parafin wif a vaporizeer, painted grey it woz, cant remember wot it waz though. Hard bastid work.

Great when they developed the reversable plough, and big bastid tractor wif a cab to pull it. The guys up in scotty land used to plough the fields in an open tractor wif a roof slate under their bonnets coz of the seagulls being kind of aggressive.
