IMO, don't fix it unless it's broke! Check them regularly of course, tighten / replace as required I reckon.
Jack the wheel up and holding the top and bottom of the wheel try and move it and see if there's any play. On the rear wheels you can check for side to side play too.
Not being pedantic just stating factual issues with land rovers, so you deliberately missed an important potential safety issue, nice!
