After one hip operation that didn't give the results expected and having to go for another op sometime I'm struggling to do more than 15minutes in the Honda Accord so am looking to sell it and replace it with something taller and easier to get in and out of.
I have the 110 for all the messy stuff but need an everyday drive that the wife will use as well.
I've done the P38 bit and not to keen on going down that route again !! so as far as I'm concerned that leaves the Disco which she isn't to keen on and is 'suggesting' a Shogun, I'll be sorry to see the Honda go as it's been the most reliable car I've ever had, it should sell for around 5.5K and I can't put anything more into the purchase of it's replacement, would that get me a reasonable Disco, funny thing is after all the trouble we had with the Rangie she's still looking at them

what about a softroader, high enough to get in and out, but car like enough to live with?
Gulp, gaylander maybe.......

Nice link ta, I think it's gonna come down to convincing Gina that the Disco fits the bill, still a bit worried about her wanting to try another P38 though, trouble is it always seems to be me that gives in to her and then it's also my fault when it goes tits up because 'I should have told her it was no good' WTF can't win

nothing wrong with a shogun, best thing i ever did was buy one, only been under it a couple o times doing jobs on it. feckin great not having to worry every time you go out in it whether you are going to get home in it:D
