New MOT

Put the Alfa in for its mot and was speaking to the tester about the upcoming changes, apparently the new rules have not been signed of by the ministry yet. He also told me that if tow bars are fitted then the electrics will be a failure if the plug does not work right. On the upside he agreed with the E mail I got from VOSA about coil conversions being fine (phew), but neverless its going to be much tougher.
