Q: ous lass has a 96 disco 300tdi after towing last week .. the thing shakes like mad at 30 ish mph dosent matter if u has power on or just free wheeling same problem .. i stuck it in 3rd gear today at around 20 mph and put foot to floor .. my hands nearly came off the steering wheel it were that bad ..

please help //

Rule out the obvious first wheel bearings track rod ends bushes
will engine tickover nice and smoth

Swivel preload would be my guess, search death wobble, its been covered a few times I think.
