New landrover owner

Hi everyone. just bought a 2004 freelander 1 3 door. Really happy with it. Black with hardtop and roof rails. Really sporty. My question is when ever I stop and turn of the jeep I sometimes can hear what sounds like a stream pressure coming out of a pipe just above the front left hand wheel. Can someone tell me what it is.
