I own a small garage/shop next door to where i live and being the untidy lazy bugger i am, over the years i've filled the garage up with junk, and i mean filled it up..so much so that it was touching the ceiling front to back.
Included in the garage was ( in no particular order ):
1 fridge
1 bathroom suite
1 kitchen
3 beds
2 sofas
Assortment of old toys
1 Bike
16 black bags of thrown away stuff
various bags of tiles, and enough wood to rebuild the Cutty Sark.
So on Saturday i got up @ 7 and spent all day loading up the Landy and running down the local tip, today i did the same and 13 trips to the tip later i had a clear garage.
Now it was time to park my pride in the garage and give her somewhere she can call her own, here she is sat after a good weekends work clearing the garage:
Now some of you sharp lot may notice that the garage door is somewhat not where it should be, ie not on the front of the garage, and you'd be correct.
After much time with a tape measure before hand i figured i had 2" spare of headroom above the Landy to get her in, however i didn't take into account the up n over garage door sitting lower than this by 5".
So to cap it off, the garage door and frame were ripped out and i've just banged some 18mm ply to some hinges and secured the entrance for now ( however a small hiccup means i need new glass for the OS wing mirror )
Tonight she rests in her new home, tomorrow its back to the grind as usual
Cheers
