Well, ,a deal was done and having viewed many, with the help of your wise words, we are about to be the new owners of a v nice 10 plate Disco 4. I know. I know. What have we done? We could have bought a sensible 7 seater, but who needs sense? We loved our D2 so we plumbed a nice example, with leather seats, AT tyres, roof rack and as much work done as we can reasonably expect from a 12 yr old D4? The D2 had leather which was a god send with big dogs, so that was a practical consideration
I expect I shall be back on here often, but let’s hope in a good way.
Again. Thanks for the advice offered on the forum.

Theres no suspect about it, you will be on here often!

Wow! You're.beginning to make me regret the purchase. Good job I have a range of spanners and knowledgeable friends.
Enjoy it, I think part of the problem here is people only come here when there cars are broken and normally broken in a big way, not many people come to a sight like this to tell every one how well there car is going, good luck and remember when looking back at life not many wish they had bought a brand new Nissan Note instead of the 10 year old land rover

Well no dramas yet after a wet and windy drive. Nice to be in such a heavy vehicle in those side winds. A proper look in the daylight to set things such as the phone up.
