new defender

yeah i know theres hundeds of threads allready about landrovers concept but ive searched and cant find anyones posted this design - i think its better than landrovers own.

looks very jap and the rear panels look like a jerry can which is already my name for the high-and -dry terracan

Interesting,

Change the grille and make the lights bigger could be good.

I like it, even the jerry can sides.
I was talking to a engineer from LR in the week and he says it has all gone quiet on the defender front, nobody knows owt.

the front look like a dodge challenger.

Doesnt look half bad

Looks like a logical progression from Defender to something between current and 'family' Landrover thinking and design.

Mind, it also looks a bit 'odd', the back looks in one of the pics very Hummer ish, the front a bit too deep, that lower valance wouldn't be on my design, for instance. I think if the handles were moved down below the line and the side windows dropped at the bottom to suit, so they were bigger, it'd look way better. I dislike small windows.

Overall not bad though.

I like it.

Looks like a natural successor.

Sorry.... But I absolutely loath it!!

If we can't keep what we have, why not just gently round off the current designs!

Like it...better than what I've seen so far.

Not too bad, but surely if they can make a design like that work in terms of emissions & safety, they can make one that still looks like a Defender, even if it has to be redesigned engineering - wise?
